A team of Colorado teachers with CU-Boulder scientists and science educators collaborated to develop "Zoo Poo" - a model lesson for 10th-12th grade students about using animal waste as a renewable energy source. Science Discovery is offering a new full-day Empowering the Future workshop for 5th-8th grade student-teacher teams. Located on the CU Boulder campus, this program is open to public/private schools, home school groups and community organizations.
